Since November 2010 we have been stayed at this place for about 6 months. Many experience have been happened and it can't be predicted before.Difficult to analyze because it was all new matter for me. If we conscious and know, my job is 100 percent different with what we do at now. although some of them have correlation but it was little bit matter. we start from zero condition, pure knowledge and also limited ability about the matter. let's go to the juggle" said one of chief. It was shown how scare next duty for faced by me and team. but don't worry we remembered one inspiration word:

It was very inspiration word.....it can be encourage our spirit and motivation to grow up, never mind about barrier in the future or many storm and flash can be fall immediately,whatever this time and this location....anywhere any time.Planning is first step as foundation for the next step. we try make a solid ground foundation because to make strong building we must take solid foundation. before we make decision about our planning ,our data from many source will be collected. many data and source it will be better compare with less source. we can learned one by one as example furthermore we take them as problem pattern solve. simple but it have complex consequence......if we take wrong as example so it will burn all planning that already we prepared. after the planning is finished and ready to all, we lets make several decisions and program that it will be running by team. the program can run completely if all personnel in the team know about their duty,what must they do,what must they know and what must they do if faced the blocked way. Very Simple but our personnel come from different source with different ability and also comprehension of knowledge. it's to be interesting, all leader art will be application at the moment,
